This is a full-time, on-site position that offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office operations while supporting our management team and wider organisation.
You have to be flexible with your availability and willing to work on weekends as well when required due to nature of the business.

Salary: £39,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, maintain office systems, and ensure a professional working environment.
Team Coordination: Lead and support administrative staff, coordinate schedules, and manage office-related projects.
HR and Payroll Assistance: Assist with onboarding, employee records, timesheets, and payroll coordination.
Financial Oversight: Manage office budgets, track expenses, and process purchase orders and invoicing.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and maintain accurate records.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
- A proactive, collaborative, and professional approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of HR and payroll processes is a plus (training will be provided where required)
